Promise me you’ll never ever ever do a lack-of-sleepathon… it’s very dangerous.
Look up what happened to a US DJ with the unfortunate name of Trypp (or something like that). Basically, irreversible brain chem that triggers psychosis around day 5 or so.
I can’t believe some people still do this lack-of-sleepathon. It is very dangerous.
